All dressed and ready for school!
She definitely has her own fashion sense.
History: We reviewed the Pledge of Allegiance and learned that it was first penned by Francis Bellamy for the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus discovering the Americas. We baked a cake to decorate like the American Flag and shared it with our church family.
Mixing the cake is serious business!

Handwriting: We began our school year with reviewing printing.
Additional students have special assigned seats because they have trouble staying quiet during school. ;)
We also enjoyed our first field trip of the year to the Oregon Zoo.
